We are committed to the principle that every item we sell will be shipped to our customers as described and photographed, and we strive for 100% satisfaction.
We are located in Illinois, although we do not have a physical retail outlet. We are Internet-based only.

Payment and Shipping Policies

- Payment by PayPal is preferred.
- Payment by personal check, cashier's check or money order must be made in U.S. dollars drawn on a US bank.
- All domestic U.S. shipments are via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS Ground at our option. Shipping/handling charges will be per quote with the item's listing.
- Shipments to non-US destinations will be charged per quote after the sale at rates for most economical mode, unless buyer requests expedited shipping. Non-US buyers agree to pay cost of shipping plus nominal handling charge per quote.
- Items will be shipped within 5 business days from receipt of payment when paying with money order, cashier's check or PayPal. Items will be shipped within 10 days of receipt of a personal check, after the check clears, unless buyer and seller agree to other shipping arrangements.
