DeVilbiss Perfume Atomizer MCM 1964 by Archimede Seguso Murano - Sommerso Swirl
Gorgeous and hard-to-find MCM DeVilbiss perfume atomizer. Bottle made with Sommerso technique with crystal over red and blue layers in a twist construction. Glass is by Archimede Seguso, Murano Italy glass master, from 1964. Gold plated fittings with closure mechanism. In excellent condition, with original ball and cord, pliable and working, with all silk netting without tears or frays. Original DeVilbiss and Murano labels on bottom. The siphon tube is in place and the atomizer is in working condition. There is one small wear spot on the gold collar. This bottle is prominently featured in the DeGraaf-Mack DeVilbiss Perfume Bottles book (Schiffer, 2014) on page 286.
